Inquiry on Non-compete clause
Hi Happyfische! I want 2 ask if you have an idea on this "non-compete clause" implemented by call center companies. This clause actually prevents you from applying from other call center company for a period of one year after your of termination/ resignation. Does this apply also to those who have end of contract or if your a probee and you were not regularized?
